Improving your AEO score requires a systematic approach across content, structure, and technical layers. Start with the signals your page is failing, the tool highlights your top three priority fixes automatically.
Content structure fixes: Rewrite your H1 to be a direct statement or question that answers the primary query. Convert at least half your H2 subheadings to question format (Who, What, When, Where, Why, How). Add a concise "quick answer" paragraph of 50 words or fewer at the top of the page.

Google has not published a minimum AEO threshold for AI Overview inclusion. However, analysis of pages consistently cited in AI Overviews reveals strong patterns: the vast majority score 60 or above on our checker, with the most frequently cited pages scoring 75+.
